How do we reschedule or change a camp?

Can I switch camp dates?

We don’t offer rescheduling for personal conflicts or missed days. However, if a player would benefit from moving to a different camp skill level (Beginner/Intermediate ↔ Advanced), we may be able to adjust — space permitting. Please email info@socalvbc.com at least 72 hours before camp to request a level change.

What’s the cancellation or refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable. Camps are planned and staffed based on registration numbers, and we’re unable to offer credits or refunds for any reason.

Are makeups allowed if we miss a day?

No, makeups are not offered for missed camp days. Please plan carefully when registering. We do offer drop-ins for a more flexible schedule.
